idverde, Europe's leading provider of soft landscaping and environmental services, is seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to join our high-performing Finance Business Partnering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is 3-4 exams away from qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and eager to take the next step towards becoming a Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L reporting and monthly financial analysis for a portfolio of 15 live contracts in the London South East (LSE) region
- Work closely with Operational and Contract Management teams to support and challenge forecasts, accruals, and cost breakdowns
- Perform variance and trend analysis, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Support the Finance Business Partners in preparing presentations for Regional Business Reviews, budgets, and reforecasts
- Contribute to process improvements and help guide non-finance colleagues with clear, actionable financial insights
What We're Looking For:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) - ideally 3-4 exams from completion
- Industry experience essential; must have worked closely with operational or commercial teams
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable handling month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships across functions
- Keen to progress to a Finance Business Partner role in the future
