Description

  • Analyse business performance vs. budget and forecast, recommending improvements
  • Benchmark KPIs against competitors and internal sites
  • Prepare financial models for various scenarios, focusing on profitability and costing
  • Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Validate financial data through reconciliations and reviews
  • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management
  • Develop automated tools to enhance productivity
  • Maintain finance-related master data and oversee rebate management performance
  • Manage orders and revenue data for key stakeholders
  • Provide financial oversight across the UK & Ireland region

Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA part/full qualified)
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
  • Advanced ERP and Excel capability
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial thinking
  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels
