Description
- Analyse business performance vs. budget and forecast, recommending improvements
- Benchmark KPIs against competitors and internal sites
- Prepare financial models for various scenarios, focusing on profitability and costing
- Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Validate financial data through reconciliations and reviews
- Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management
- Develop automated tools to enhance productivity
- Maintain finance-related master data and oversee rebate management performance
- Manage orders and revenue data for key stakeholders
- Provide financial oversight across the UK & Ireland region
Profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA part/full qualified)
- Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
- Advanced ERP and Excel capability
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects and influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial thinking
- Clear and confident communicator at all levels
