Job Purpose
- Manage audits from planning to completion, including field work.
- Preparation of statutory accounts and related corporation tax computations.
- Work closely with partners and directors to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving.
- Overseeing staff on assignments, providing constructive mentorship.
- Leading staff training and nurturing junior talent.
- Identifying and resolving audit issues.
- Supporting recruitment and business development.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

- ACA or ACCA qualified with at demonstrable audit experience within practice.
- Adept at leading audits from planning to completion.
- Previous supervisory experience with great people management skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
