Undergoing rapid growth, they need a high-calibre Finance Manager on a part time basis, to strengthen their financial operations, ensuring they scale efficiently, profitably, and sustainably. This role is ideal for someone looking to establish robust financial processes and contribute to the company’s growth.

This is a hands-on, varied role which will involve but not be limited to:

Overseeing fee forecasting and budgeting processes.
Implementing and managing financial systems (experience with Xero and Xero Projects is highly desirable).
Maintain and reconcile general, sales, and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Developing and implementing budgeting and reporting tools.
Provide financial insight and analysis to help leadership make informed decisions.
Ensure financial compliance and assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements
Establishing management accounts processes (initially, this role will involve setting these up).
Facilitating clear communication between project managers and the finance function.
Overseeing invoicing processes supported by an accounts assistant.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with Xero and Xero Projects is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with project managers.
Proactive and able to establish new financial processes.
