We are working with a highly respected manufacturing business in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of site-level financial reporting, controls, and business partnering. This role plays a key part in supporting operational decision-making and driving performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end close and production of management accounts

Deliver accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and commentary on financial performance

Business partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with accounting standards

Lead and develop a small finance team on-site

Support group reporting and liaise with external auditors
About You:

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

Proven experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment

Strong cost accounting and operational finance knowledge

Comfortable working with ERP systems and large datasets
-
Hands-on, proactive, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
-
Previous team leadership experience is desirable
