Senior Programme Manager

West Midlands - 2 days a week in the office

Senior Programme Manager with experience of working in Financial Services and delivering Integration Programmes. You will be able to articulate with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organisation, with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. This role will be working on a number of projects relating to a large transformation across the business, therefore knowledge of technical systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, M365 would be advantageous. You will be able to help prioritise tasks and harmonise with current Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

You will have experience within a Programme Manager role and have worked on complex integration's. Experience of working with migration projects from a Finance, HR and Treasury systems would be beneficial. You will have come from a Financial Services background or highly regulated industry. Experience desirable in the following deliverable's - Workday, M365, ServiceNow, Regulatory Reporting, Colleague End User Services, Business Change and user adoption, 3rd party negotiation and harmonising within delivery teams
