We are working with a well-established wealth management firm near Coventry seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with prior experience supporting Financial Advisers to join a collaborative and client-focused environment. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a respected team committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing files and valuation reports for new and existing client reviews
  • Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, and drawdown requests
  • Managing Letters of Authority and maintaining accurate client records (Intelligent Office)
  • Liaising with providers to gather information on existing plans
  • Drafting correspondence and managing adviser diaries

Requirements:

  • Experience providing administrative support within a wealth management or financial planning firm
  • Knowledge of pensions and investment products
  • Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma (desirable)
