Role details

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused FP&A Manager to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process within a growing services business. This position plays a key role in delivering insightful forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager

As FP&A Manager, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality financial planning and reporting, supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives:

  • Organise and present financial forecasts, reforecasts, and cash-flow reports
  • Deliver concise and meaningful management reports to help make informed business decisions
  • Conduct and present detailed financial analysis and modelling to support key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards
  • Track benefits realisation and cost expectations across transformation and change initiatives

  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Proven experience in an FP&A role within a complex business environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
