Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Training into V10 High Level Order PickerLocation: Coventry, CV3Position Type: Long Term OngoingPay Rate: £14.76 per hour on all shifts with paid breaksMultiple Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00 (rotating weekly) Monday to Friday 18:00 to 02:00 (static shift)Monday to Friday 16:00 to 00:00 (static shift)Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance driver looking for a new challenge with long-term prospects? Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance drivers to join a thriving warehouse team in Coventry, with full training provided to become a V10 High Level Order Picker.This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a valid FLT Counterbalance license to develop their career further. We’re not just offering a standard FLT Counterbalance role – we’re offering growth, progression, and the chance to become a skilled V10 High Level Order Picker with ongoing support every step of the way.What’s involved?This role is approximately 85% warehouse duties and 15% FLT Counterbalance operation.
