About the Role
Winner Recruitment is seeking a proactive, results-driven Driving Account Coordinator  to join our Driving Division . This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, thrives on client interaction, and has exceptional attention to detail. This role covers the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and compliance through to planning and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertise vacancies and proactively source and screen candidates
  • Ensure all drivers are fully compliant prior to their start date
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Working Time Directive regulations
  • Plan and coordinate driver schedules in line with client requirements
  • Liaise closely with the transport team to fully understand operational needs
  • Deliver exceptional service to maximise business opportunities, including strategic oversupply where appropriate
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both client contacts and agency drivers
  • Keep workforce management systems accurate and up to date to maintain compliance
  • Accurately complete and submit weekly timesheets to ensure timely and correct driver pay, minimising queries

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within driving or industrial recruitment (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of compliance and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
