Oracle Cloud Payroll & HCM Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud Payroll & HCM Consultant, you'll support Payroll and HR functional needs, deliver configuration solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, and contribute to business growth within the account and across TCS Retail Cloud transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver support and configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll and HR modules.
Resolve queries and manage Oracle SRs to ensure timely resolution.
Configure Payroll elements, fast formulas, process flows, and calculation cards.
Document setups and write business requirements for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
Assist with testing, validation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates.
Support payroll runs and share best practices to enhance delivery methodology.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience-Core HR, Global Payroll, and UK Payroll.
Strong hands-on configuration with fast formulas, payroll elements, and process flows.
Deep understanding of Payroll integration with HR modules such as Recruitment (Taleo), Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, manual calculations, year-end processes, and compliance (e.g., RTI, BACS, pensions, HMRC submissions).
