The successful candidate will have a proven consistent billing history and experience of dealing with Road Traffic Accident, Employer's Liability and Public Liability matters. What you'll do:

As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be:

  • Working collaboratively with the existing Claimant Personal Injury team and managing your own caseload.
  • Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters.
  • Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses in person.
  • Attending Court hearings.
  • Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim.
  • Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
  • Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Personal Injury Solicitor role will:

  • At least 3 years' of experience in a similar role (in-house or private practice).
  • Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment would be an advantage.
  • A proven track record of dealing with high value claims and a strong billing history.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Fee Agreements.
  • Experience of dealing with pre-litigated and litigated claims.
  • Knowledge of the Ministry of Justice portal.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and time-manage workload/tasks.
