We are looking for ahighly motivatedexperienced office-based Sales Negotiator/Progressor to complement our fantastic residential Sales & Lettings team in Coventry. You must have your own vehicle and a clean driving license the role will be mainly office based with some client visits. Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide expert advice on valuation and listing strategies.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Leverage multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain a valid driving license for property visits.
