Sales Co ordinator - Working for a very successful family run company based in Coventry - Salary up to £33,000pa dependant on experience. Hours of work are 08.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday 100% office based.
Job responsibilities:
Ensuring notes have been included on the sheets indicating where cash/cheques are to be collected.
Printing and emailing invoices.
Allocating payments.
Making invoice entries into the excel spreadsheet (Daily summary).
Handling customer returns and raising credits where applicable.
Raising customer credits discounts etc.
Exporting invoices to Sage.
Generating and verifying End of the week reports i.e. Orders Made up, Unassigned stock Credits, sales discount.
Chasing outstanding payments.
Skills and experience required:
A minimum of 5 years Credit Control experience.
Ideally but not essential SAGE experience.
Able to work under pressure.
High organised and very good attention to detail.
Able to work within a small team.
