  • The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with one Saturday shift every two weeks from 9am to 12pm.

Our client, a well-established independent agent is currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who has experience in valuations to join their team based in Coventry as a Sales Valuer. 

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered: 

  • £25,000 basic 
  • £40,000 OTE 
  • Mileage paid

Sales Valuer requirements: 

  • Previous valuation experience (minimum of 1 year) 
  • Driven and hard-working 
  • Someone who thrives in a busy working environment. 
  • Strong communication skills,?both written and verbal 
  • Ability to win business in a competitive market. 
  • Believe in providing excellent customer service. 

Working Hours of a Sales Valuer: 

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm 
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 12pm 

Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Closing for business and winning the instruction 
  • Providing a valuation for sale purposes 
  • Negotiating offers 
  • Going out attending viewings. 
  • Registering applicants 
  • Carrying out market appraisals
