Job Title: Semi-Skilled Welder

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Semi-Skilled Welder to join our team in Coventry. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic welding experience or a strong interest in developing their welding skills. The role involves supporting experienced welders, preparing materials, and assisting in day-to-day production tasks. Full training will be provided where needed.
Key Duties:
* Prepare materials and components for welding operations
* Operate basic welding and fabrication equipment under supervision
* Assist with assembly tasks using jigs and fixtures
* Perform basic tack welding to aid production flow
* Interpret simple engineering drawings (training provided)
* Visually inspect work to ensure basic quality standards
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, MMA preferred)
* Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
* Good attention to detail with a willingness to learn
* Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
