Job Title: VAT Specialist
Salary: Competitive
Location: Coventry (hybrid)
Hours: Full-time (36.5 hours per week) with hybrid working. Flexible hours and early finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients
- Provide VAT solutions and proactive planning
- Support clients with VAT advice on land, property and international VAT issues, offering high-level technical support and collaborate with colleagues across departments when required
- Assist with VAT planning, handle VAT enquiries and deliver transaction tax assignments
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to various challenging projects that foster professional growth.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record in managing VAT planning, handling VAT enquiries and working in an Indirect Tax specialist role
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability in client management and relationship building
- Flexible, enthusiastic with a proactive approach to work
- CTA qualification is an advantage but not essential
