Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload is required for a well-established distribution centre based in Coventry, West Midlands.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you have previous experience within a Pick / Pack Distribution role, then great. If not, the company will provide full training, including Fork Lift Truck / FLT training.
SALARY: £24,762 - £25,262 per annum
LOCATION: Coventry, West Midlands
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week -Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 6pm & Friday, 9.30am - 4.45pm
KEY REQUIREMENT:Candidates MUST hold a full driving licence with a maximum of 3 points

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload.
Working as the Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer you will be training to work as part of a busy warehouse team, locating and preparing goods for delivery, to meet customer order requirements.
As the Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer you will be involved in all aspects of the prepping of deliveries including collecting, picking lists and loading / unloading the vehicles.
DUTIES
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative will include:
- Receive and store goods
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Warehouse housekeeping
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience operating forklift trucks is preferable, although training can be provided for the right candidate
- Work well within a team and also use own initiative
- Positive attitude
- Valid driving licence essential - no more than 3 points
