Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, following the UK National Curriculum.

* Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions where needed.
* Contribute to a positive school culture that encourages student achievement, well-being, and personal development.

* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status (or equivalent qualification).
* A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
* Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire students.
* A solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum for secondary education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
