Role: Employment Solicitor (NQ+)

They are now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our busy Employment team at our Coventry office.
The Role
- As a fee earner in their Employment department, you will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Advising employers and employees on employment rights and obligations
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
- Supporting corporate colleagues on the employment aspects of business transactions
