- Supporting the CCW with travel to and from meetings, home visits, training, and other work settings (by car or public transport)
- Providing in-person assistance during meetings, assessments, and training sessions
- Helping with IT tasks – using systems like Outlook, Teams, and Care Director
- Reading, scanning, and updating notes and assessments
- Supporting with managing diaries, appointments, and prioritising tasks
- Monitoring messages and updates, and flagging anything important
- Printing, scanning, uploading documents, and taking minutes (if needed)
- Always maintaining confidentiality and following GDPR guidelines
- Confident IT skills and the ability to use databases and office systems
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A supportive, professional, and respectful approach
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly as needed
