Teacher of Computer Science Needed in Coventry, West Midlands

TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school based in Coventry that is part of a reputable academy trust. The school prides itself on providing the best education for its students.Â
The full-time (5 days per week) role starts in September 2025 and the school is looking to interview immediately. Your role is to help students achieve excellent results in Computing, whilst applying a positive and enthusiastic approach. The successful candidate would be working across the curriculum at mainly KS3/ KS4 level but would also be expected to have an understanding of the KS5 curriculum enough to cover where needs be.
The Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Department will offer excellent support and will provide an encouraging and supportive environment.

Applicants need to have the following:
- QTS with ICT/Computing Specialism is desired
- Experience teaching ICT up to at least KS4
- Excellent classroom management
- A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
- Instructors are also encouraged to apply as well as educators working towards QTLS.
Early Career Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
