Responsibilities:
- Foster class engagement and ensure active participation in lessons
- Support the development of independence among students
- Assist in the preparation and utilization of learning resources
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students across different age groups
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject OR minimum of 20 days of recent experience working with children or young adults
- Confident, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work with students of all age ranges
- Proactive, energetic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
