Each school provides a tailored curriculum, small class sizes, and a high staff-to-student ratio to ensure every learner receives personalised support. You’ll be joining a network of schools that values teamwork, well-being, and ongoing professional development.

Your Role May Include:

  • Delivering or supporting engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism, Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities, Severe Learning Disabilities and Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs.

  • Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with emotional regulation, communication, and independence.

  • Assisting with personal care, sensory needs, and structured routines (depending on the setting).

  • Working collaboratively with teaching teams, therapists, and external agencies.

  • Using trauma-informed and restorative practices to build trust and promote progress.

We’re Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Have experience in education, care, or support roles—or are enthusiastic about gaining it.

  • Are patient, calm, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.

  • Understand the importance of routine, structure, and a child-centred approach.

  • Are happy to work flexibly across Thrive schools based on your location and preferences.

  • Hold a DBS on the Update Service or are willing to complete a new check.

In Return, You Will Receive:

  • Competitive daily rates paid via PAYE (no umbrella fees).

  • Guaranteed Pay Scheme (subject to availability).
