Contract: Full-time, long-term and day-to-day opportunities available

Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support Primary and Secondary schools across Coventry.

These roles offer the chance to make a real impact in the classroom — supporting pupils with their learning, helping manage behaviour, and assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Whether you’re experienced in education or looking to take your first step into a school setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support class teachers in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.

  • Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to support learning and progress.

  • Help prepare and organise classroom materials and activities.

  • Provide pastoral and emotional support to pupils as needed.

  • Assist in managing behaviour in line with school policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, or similar).
  • A patient, positive and supportive approach.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential.
