HR Business Partner –6-month interim contract – Coventry – Hybrid – Start ASAP - £36.38 p/h

Reed Talent Professionals are supporting a utilities distributer, in the search for a proactive and experienced Business Partner to support their customer centre. The role involves strategic input into Customer Centre and Dispatch operations, as well as oversight of Strategy and Regulation. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Location:  Ansty – Near to Coventry, minimum 3 days a week in the office with occasional travel to London, driving is advantageous, although not essential.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver tailored advice and support, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyse performance metrics and trends to make informed recommendations for business improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, promoting a positive safety and wellbeing culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing complex HR advice to all levels of management.
  • Lead key strategic HR projects and initiatives, driving change and promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or relevant experience; Level 7 is desirable.
  • Degree in HR or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in providing professional HR advice within a large organisation, ideally in the utility sector.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to analyse complex situations and deliver solutions.
  • Experience in managing HR projects, including organisational change and TUPE.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
