A large company within the gas industry are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to provide tailored advice and support to an assigned business area. The successful candidate will work with specialist colleagues to deliver best practice solutions and translate strategy into clear objectives. This role will initially be for 6 months and will be hybrid working from the Ansty office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dedicated and tailored HR advice and support.
  • Work with specialist colleagues to solve business problems.
  • Translate strategy into clear objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Analyze key themes, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure safety and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrate and promote Cadent Values and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Provide high-quality, risk-based HR advice to management.
  • Lead strategic people projects and activities.
  • Proactively build knowledge of the business to provide tailored advice.
  • Promote an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Act as an escalation point for employee relations cases.
  • Lead and support organizational change programs.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward/relevant experience.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or working toward/relevant experience (Desirable).

Practical Experience:

  • Experience providing professional, risk-based HR advice.
  • Broad knowledge across the full spectrum of HR activities.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make decisions quickly.
  • Experience managing projects and delivering change.
