The Company
With a significant investment in research and development, advanced technology and skills our client has become a market leading manufacturer and distributor who are rapidly becoming a respected organisation globally. Due to significant business growth, they are looking to appoint a high calibre individual to support the Group in day-to-day IT service and performance.

The Role
This is a critical role to ensure the smooth and successful operation of IT systems across the Group with key responsibilities including working with the IT Team in the implementation of the IT Strategy, maintaining and enhancing the IT systems and networks and also the identification and management of all security risks. The role will focus on providing 3rd line support as well as overseeing on-going and new projects.

The Candidate
With an interest and desire in everything IT related this is a pivotal role in the strategy and development of IT within Group and you must be able to demonstrate you are able to work and communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation. You will have ideally learnt your IT skills from the bottom up with knowledge across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.

Experience of Microsoft Azure and/or 365 is essential.
