HGV Mechanic (Coventry)
Location: West Midlands
Basic Salary: £45,(Apply online only) – £55,(Apply online only) per annum
Hours: Early and day shift
Extras: Overtime at 1.5x rate, employer pension, life insurance, industry-leading training

Key Responsibilities of an HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and fix faults using diagnostic tools and systems
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality and within timeframes
- Follow warranty processes and maintain detailed service records
- Work closely with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts
Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
Essential
- Experience as an HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, or HGV Fitter
- Level 3 qualification in HGV maintenance and repair
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Desirable
- Full UK HGV Class 1 or 2 licence
- Experience in a dealership or workshop environment
