What You’ll Need (Non-Negotiable)
- Hard landscaping skills – patios, retaining walls, timber structures, groundworks, turfing
- Leadership mentality – lead from the front, not from the van
- Organisation – plan, keep jobs on track, and hit deadlines
- Communication – with clients, management, and your team
- Pride & standards – you don’t cut corners, and you won’t let your team do it either
- Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running domestic landscaping projects from start to finish
- Leading and developing a small, skilled team
- Planning, problem-solving, and keeping sites moving smoothly
- Staying hands-on paving, building, installing, creating
- Delivering gardens that uphold the reputation of DNA Landscapes
