What You Will Do as Senior CMF Designer;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge colour, material, and finish designs for automotive interiors and exteriors
- Research and analyse emerging trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and market-leading
- Create and present mood boards, material swatches, and design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Work closely with suppliers to source and develop materials that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
- Support the development of prototypes and production-ready designs, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process
