Lead Spatial Designer - Lux Automotive (Hybrid, Warwickshire) 

We're looking for a Lead Spatial Designer to join a world-class automotive brand in Warwickshire. This is a hybrid role (Tues-Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri WFH).

The Role:

As Lead Spatial Designer, you'll bring brand-driven experiences to life across retail, events, and experiential environments. You'll translate the essence of a global luxury brand into innovative, high-impact spatial projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver creative content for immersive environments.
  • Ensure brand consistency across built spaces worldwide.
  • Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead projects from concept to execution, prototyping, and delivery.

What You'll Bring:

  • Background in spatial design, architecture, interiors, or furniture design.
  • Expertise in 2D CAD (AutoCAD/Vectorworks) & 3D CAD (3ds Max, Rhino, Cinema 4D).
  • Strong creative and visualisation skills.
  • Knowledge of design trends and construction processes.
  • Ability to work across global teams with cultural awareness.
