We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team in the Coventry area on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The position offers a salary of £14.15 per hour, with weekly pay, and working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4:35pm and Friday from 8am to 3:10pm.
In this role, you will assemble components precisely and install complex sub-systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Candidates must have a minimum of a City & Guilds Level 3 or similar qualification in Automotive Engineering or Vehicle Systems, along with experience in low production manufacturing techniques.

Mechanical Fitter - Coventry Area

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Coventry.

Monday to Thursday - 8am-4:35pm/ Friday - 8am-3:10pm

14.15ph weekly pay

6 month FTC

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling componenets precisley,installation of complex sub-systems. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your hands-on expertise will be crucial to ensuring operational excellence and meetng the highest industry standards.

Duties:

Supporting the company activities on site, customer or sub-contract facilities

Hands on assembly of electro/mechanical assemblies including any of the following:

Assembly of mechanical and electrical components
Inspection
Working with various mechanical equipment
Working with a variety of chemicals
Reading schematic drawings
Working towards KPIs

Experience required:

A minumum of a C&G L3, or similar, in Automotive Engineering or Vehicle systems.
Experience with low production manufacturing techniques and processes
Bespoke manufacture of automotive platforms.
