Introduction
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor to join our clients manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with expertise in plastics, tooling, and machine setting to take a leading role in production. The successful candidate will oversee injection moulding processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Injection Moulding Machines, including Arburg and Boy models
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality output
  • Efficiently and safely handle raw materials
  • Assemble and disassemble tooling as required for production
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
  • Adjust machine settings using logic controllers
  • Use hand tools to fabricate or modify components when needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in plastics injection moulding
  • Proven background in materials handling within a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrable knowledge of tooling maintenance and assembly procedures
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery
  • Comfortable working with logic controllers and process adjustments
