The Opportunity:

As Client Services Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between our advisers, paraplanners, and clients — helping to ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Salary: Up to £31,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Location: Meriden (with 2 days remote working per week)

  • Team Size: 8

  • Progression: Clear development route toward a Paraplanner role over time

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with end-to-end client administration

  • Preparing meeting packs and managing client documentation

  • Liaising with product providers to obtain valuations and policy information

  • Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date with accurate records

  • Processing new business applications and tracking to completion

  • Managing client queries and delivering a high standard of service

  • Assisting with compliance documentation and regulatory submissions

This is a client-focused administrative role with the added bonus of future progression into paraplanning if desired.

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in a financial planning or wealth management administrative role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude

  • Competency with CRM systems and financial platforms

  • An interest in progressing toward paraplanning (optional, but welcomed)
