The Opportunity:As Client Services Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between our advisers, paraplanners, and clients — helping to ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Salary: Up to £31,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Meriden (with 2 days remote working per week)

Progression: Clear development route toward a Paraplanner role over time

Supporting advisers and paraplanners with end-to-end client administration

Preparing meeting packs and managing client documentation

Liaising with product providers to obtain valuations and policy information

Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date with accurate records

Processing new business applications and tracking to completion

Managing client queries and delivering a high standard of service

Assisting with compliance documentation and regulatory submissions
This is a client-focused administrative role with the added bonus of future progression into paraplanning if desired.
What You’ll Need:-
Experience in a financial planning or wealth management administrative role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Competency with CRM systems and financial platforms
