The role involves;
- Providing expert advice on historic environment matters to clients across multiple sectors.
- Producing desk-based assessments, heritage statements, and mitigation strategies.
- Contributing to fieldwork management and support both strategic and project-based tasks.
Requirements for the role of a Heritage Consultant include;
- Degree in archaeology, heritage, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of UK heritage legislation and planning frameworks.
- GIS proficiency for mapping and heritage data analysis.
