The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior-level Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm’s well-established property team. The successful candidate will manage a complex and high-value caseload including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiation and renewals
- Development work including site assembly and planning
- Property finance and refinancing
- Commercial property portfolio management
- Strategic legal advice to SMEs, developers, and investors
You’ll be expected to lead on transactions, support junior team members, and play a key role in business development and client relationship management.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE and a strong background in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Proven experience managing complex transactions independently
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency
