We are working with a well-established and respected boutique law firm in Coventry that is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its thriving residential property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion - all while delivering outstanding client care and ensuring compliance throughout.

�? Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files - including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Draft and review contracts, title documents, and legal reports.
  • Conduct searches, raise/respond to enquirers, and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with AML, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate file management and high standards of legal service delivery.

? What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Legal Executive, or Solicitor.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and current legislation.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and file management skills.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
