Overview

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic litigation team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in the team, handling a broad range of civil litigation matters while contributing to the wider success of the department. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload including contentious probate, boundary disputes, shareholder/director conflicts, settlement agreements, and landlord/tenant disputes

  • Supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to ensure effective case progression

  • Contributing to business development, marketing initiatives, and client networking events

  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-3+ years' PQE in civil litigation

  • Confident handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision

  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving ability

  • Commercially aware with excellent communication and client care skills

  • A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently
