- Oversee and manage the Quality department to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
- Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Monitor quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a strong culture of quality across all levels of the business
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, FMEA, and other quality tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Audit experience (internal, customer, or third-party)
- A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
- Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
