Are you an experienced Employment Fee Earner looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive legal environment?

We are working with a respected law firm seeking a skilled Employment Law Fee Earner to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both individuals and employers.

The Role:

You will:

  • Manage your own caseload of employment law matters.
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance issues, refinances, settlement agreements, contracts and polices, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Draft employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • Support business development activities and build strong client relationships
  • Work closely with senior team members and have the opportunity to grow your expertise

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience in employment law
  • Confident handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
