Overview

Our client, a long-established Legal 500 and Lexcel accredited law firm, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse range of residential property transactions, including:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, such as sale, purchase, freeholds, leases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers, and remortgages
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including estate agents, solicitors, mortgage lenders, search agencies, and brokers, to ensure smooth transactions
  • Contributing to business development efforts and attending networking events to help raise the firm's profile and attract new clients
  • Providing exceptional client service and advice, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the conveyancing process

About You

This role is ideal for Conveyancers with at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent in residential conveyancing. Non-qualified fee earners will also be considered. You will be:

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing a caseload while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
  • Committed to providing exceptional client service and eager to contribute to business development to support the firm's growth
  • Excited for career progression and ready to take on increasing responsibility as the firm grows
