We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who can not only lead day-to-day activities but also bring fresh ideas, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency. You'll be instrumental in setting up and fine-tuning warehouse systems, introducing best practices, and leading a small, dedicated team in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support all warehouse operations - from goods-in to dispatch
- Implement and optimise warehouse processes and layout
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and safety
- Coordinate closely with production, planning, and procurement teams
- Manage and mentor a small team of operators with a focus on development
- Take a hands-on role when needed - it's a small team so everyone pitches in
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in warehouse leadership, ideally in a manufacturing setting
- A passion for process improvement, lean principles, and operational excellence
- Comfortable working in a small team and contributing beyond your job title
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety and warehouse systems
- IT literate with solid Excel and reporting skills
