Vehicle Damage Assessor

Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary: 35,000 - 44,000 + Bonus Scheme

Monday - Friday

Our client, a leading vehicle body repairer based in Coventry, have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA. Offering an excellent working environment and progression opportunities with a growing company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Liaising with customer service to ensure the customer experience is managed with the highest level of service
Answering and making phone calls
Create assessment using Audatex
Deal with Approved Manufacturers
Sourcing Methods for repair
Data inputting
Imaging customers vehicles
Achieve daily targets
Adhere to company policies guidelines and health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 / ATA
Audatex qualification (not essential as training can be provided)
Confident using estimating systems
Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
