Vehicle Damage Assessor

Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary: 35,000 - 44,000 + Bonus Scheme

Monday - Friday

Our client, a leading vehicle body repairer based in Coventry, have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA. Offering an excellent working environment and progression opportunities with a growing company.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customer service to ensure the customer experience is managed with the highest level of service
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Create assessment using Audatex
  • Deal with Approved Manufacturers
  • Sourcing Methods for repair
  • Data inputting
  • Imaging customers vehicles
  • Achieve daily targets
  • Adhere to company policies guidelines and health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 / ATA
  • Audatex qualification (not essential as training can be provided)
  • Confident using estimating systems
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
