We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Plant Engineer to join our busy and dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in the inspection, servicing, and repair of a wide range of plant machinery — ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and ready to meet customer demands.

This is a hands-on role working both independently and as part of a supportive team. You’ll be based in the workshop but may also be required to travel to customer sites as part of the mobile service team.

• Work safely and respectfully within a busy workshop and on-site environment.

• Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of plant equipment and machinery.

• Carry out servicing in line with manufacturers’ schedules and company standards.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.

• Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in plant maintenance and repair.

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plant Maintenance or related discipline — or the ability and motivation to achieve this qualification.

• A personal set of tools suitable for the role.
