Location: Coventry
Salary: £37,000- £45,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday – Day shifts only, with an earlier finish on Fridays

Role Overview – Maintenance Engineer

As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a wide range of machinery, including capital-intensive equipment, conveyors, packing machines, robotics, and folding machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of all machinery on site
Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out reactive maintenance
Perform maintenance on various types of equipment
Work on 3-phase machinery and electrical components
Balance reactive tasks with planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and take ownership of individual projects

Candidate Requirements

Hold a relevant engineering qualification at Level 3 or above
