- Develop and optimise machining processes for CNC milling and turning operations
- Support the introduction of new products from concept to production
- Analyse and improve existing manufacturing methods to reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and tooling specifications
- Collaborate with design and quality engineers to ensure manufacturability and compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on the shop floor
- Degree or HND in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a machining/manufacturing engineering role
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining techniques
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
