Operations Manager – Coventry£60,000 - £70,000 + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a fast-growing, family-run manufacturing business at their Coventry site. With multiple locations across the UK and a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and people-focused values, this is a chance to make a real impact in a key leadership role.The Business:This is a well-established, family-owned company that has grown into a national presence within the manufacturing sector. Despite their expansion, they have remained true to their roots—maintaining a close-knit, supportive culture while delivering operational excellence on a large scale.The Role:As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of the Coventry site. You will lead and develop a team of around 150 direct reports, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to play a critical part in the company's continued growth.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality targets are met
Drive continuous improvement across processes and performance
Motivate, manage, and develop a large operational team
Oversee production planning, workflow optimisation, and resource management
Collaborate with senior leadership and other site managers across the UK

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within manufacturing
Strong people management skills with experience overseeing large teams
A hands-on, results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A solid understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
