A well-established manufacturing company based in Coventry is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join its Quality Assurance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and other relevant quality standards.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in external audits and customer quality assessments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a quality auditing role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standard (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Auditing certification (e.g., ISO/IATF Lead Auditor) is desirable but not essential.
