Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing refurbishment project based in Coventry.
Start Date: 22nd May for 2 weeks
Location: Coventry
Project: Housing Refurbishment
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Black CSCS Card
- In-date First Aid certificate
- Asbestos Awareness training
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects in the housing sector
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and delivering works to programme
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
- Manage daily site activities and report progress to senior management
- Coordinate materials, logistics, and trades
- Maintain high standards of quality and site presentation
